The Yampa-White Roundtable, created under the provisions of the Colorado Water for the 21st Century Act is composed of representatives of the cities, counties, and water interests of the Yampa River Basin and the White River Basin of Colorado in northwestern Colorado.

Its duties are to organize itself, elect representatives to the Interbasin Compact Committee, inventory existing water resources within the Basin, inventory water needs and conduct public education.

The Roundtable has selected Darryl Steele, Maybell, Juniper Water Conservancy District and Dan Birch, Steamboat Springs, Colorado River Water Conservation District.
